Fantastic location tucked away in a quieter alley yet really close to Sapa Station and the Stone Church. The room was cozy with a great view of the mountains and a balcony overlooking the nearby market. Anna, the owner, spoke excellent English and was incredibly helpful in arranging my transfer from the airport to the hotel. I loved the local vibe from the wet markets just around the corner. The complimentary breakfast had ample choices, fresh fruit, and hot coffee, which was a great start to the day. it was a comfortable and memorable stay with a friendly atmosphere.

we chose heart of sapa for its amazing views and the family feels super welcoming. the aircon is great for chilly nights and the room is pretty cozy with a nice mountain view. anna and her husband helped us find local spots and even booked our bus tickets! the location is perfect, super central but still nice and quiet. breakfast was simple but hit the spot, just enough to start the day.

The family running the place was incredibly sweet! They helped with tours and laundry. A menu full of breakfast choices to kickstart your day.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable at times. My room didn’t have the expected balcony because it would have been great to soak in the vibrant surroundings!
